With the Olympics in full swing it's only a matter of time before any number of mobile sports games start giving them a little Rio flare. Today, Roll Spike Sepak Takraw has done just that as it launches its Rio-themed update.

Unlike volleyball, sepak takraw uses a player's feet, legs, and chest to get the ball over the net – I guess like football in that sense. Popular in South-East Asia, this fast-action game now consists of an all-new story mode, seven updated country teams, and three new stadiums to play in.

Though the update has definitely gone live on iTunes, it doesn't yet look as though the Android version has seen it. One can only assume it'll be updated within a day or two to match up to its iTunes counterpart.

Check out the game in the meantime here on Google Play, or on iTunes.
With twisted metal amorously empleached,
"Does Leslie know this, Mr. Ford?" she asked quietly.
A SEAGULL having bolted down too large a fish, burst its deep gullet-bag and lay down on the shore to die. A Kite saw him and exclaimed: "You richly deserve your fate; for a bird of the air has no business to seek its food from the sea."

So if you're a fan of the series or simply looking for a rogue-lite dungeon crawler to sink some time into, this one might be worth checking out.

As you'll probably have guessed then, there's a lot of procedural generation going on in Bit Dungeon III with the overworld, dungeons, secrets, items and even NPCs all having a touch of RNG about them. There's also permadeath, so if you do die, you'll only have one chance to retrieve your soul before having to start again.

The game plays out from a top-down perspective and you'll battle your way through a myriad of dungeons until you reach the powerful bosses at the end. Overcoming these foes will reward players with weapon enchantments or boss weapons that will be invaluable when delving further into the dungeons.

There will be different types of weapons to make use off throughout your adventure, with each one having a unique power attack. They'll also scale off different stats, which can be increased throughout the game by picking up runes, depending on the type of weapon.

There's also online play for those who are looking for a rogue-lite game to play with their friends with co-op being available. Alternatively, there's also PVP if you're the type of person who wants to invade other player's game in an attempt to try to ruin their current run.

What largeness thinks in Paradise was sawn.
Professions have made their way into Netmarble's popular MMORPG Lineage 2: Revolution in its most recent update, giving players a new option for item creation. There are also a few in-game events so that you can celebrate the Halloween season with spooky-themed dungeons and bosses.

We'll start with the Professions though. Players will now be able to craft upgrades for their equipment and create items using this new system. There are five different Professions with each offering its own crafting options. They are Alchemy, Smithing, Gemcrafting, Enchanting and Cooking. They will allow players to create various specialised items depending on which professions you decide to invest in.

Before you get down to the crafting though, you're going to need to gather some materials. That's where the newly added Harvest Dungeon will come in handy. Players will be able to mine, gather and fish for various resources here that can be used for creating new items.

Ding ding ding! The metaphorical sales bell is ringing, and there's a good ol' mish-match of titles on offer today. From awesome RPGs like Tempest and Dead Shell to forma.8, and there's still time to catch a couple of Rayman games for pennies a pop.

Of course, just because these sales are on today it doesn't mean they'll still be shaking their stuff later this week, so bear in mind that at the time of this article going up these are all accurate. No doubt there'll be more cropping up as the week goes on, so we'll keep a watchful eye out. 'Til then, have a nosey and see if anything takes your fancy.

A GREAT CITY was besieged, and its inhabitants were called together to consider the best means of protecting it from the enemy. A Bricklayer earnestly recommended bricks as affording the best material for an effective resistance. A Carpenter, with equal enthusiasm, proposed timber as a preferable method of defense. Upon which a Currier stood up and said, "Sirs, I differ from you altogether: there is no material for resistance equal to a covering of hides; and nothing so good as leather."
